I am sad to hear of Helen's transition.

Helen was majorly intrumental in my coming to terms with being a gay man in today's society; in my own life. I am extremely grateful to her and her compassionate love and caring. Thank you Helen.

I plan to return to PFLAG - not to take but to give of myself. I left several years ago and have been busy with life. But I haven't forgotten where I came from.

Hope everyone has a safe holdiay; take care and be good to yourself and those around you.
