PARENTING

A person's legal right to parent should no be restricted on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.

Parenting issues include, but are not limited to: child custody, visitation, access to fertility services, foster care, adoption.

Adopted by the PFLAG Board of Directors on February 12, 1995, with revisions approved on January 15, 2001.
